1. What this service is. Statistical research. Stingray Signals publishes the daily output of a historical, backtested statistical model (a "board") over US large-cap equities. It is market research and educational material, not investment advice, and not a recommendation of any security for any particular person.

2. Not individualized advice. We do not assess your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or tax position. Nothing here is personalized. You are the sole decision-maker for your own portfolio.

3. Risk of loss. Trading equities involves substantial risk of loss. Past backtested or live performance — including any "edge", hit rate, or tally shown on the board — does not guarantee future results and may not be repeatable. Signal edges decay.

4. No performance promises. We do not guarantee profits, capital preservation, or any particular hit rate. Figures are research outputs from a historical dataset with the known limitations of such a dataset (survivorship, look-ahead avoidance notwithstanding, regime change, and data quality caveats).

5. Fair use & no redistribution. Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the board or any derived content to third parties, whether or not for a fee. Delivery payloads carry a per-account watermark for integrity and leak tracing. Breach may result in immediate revocation without refund.

6. Payment & cancellation. The free trial is 30 days. Paid access renews monthly at $9.95 (or the rate shown in your pricing) until cancelled. You keep access for the full paid period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current window.

7. Data & availability. We aim for accuracy, but market data can be delayed, stale, or wrong. Signals are computed on the exchange's closing print; the exact fill you get is yours alone. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this service.

9. You. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations, including any restrictions on trading or on subscribing to third-party research.

10. Changes. We may change the pricing, features, or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
